Buddha View Dive Resort is one of the most successful and highly awarded dive centers in the world.  A relaxed, enjoyable, resort atmosphere with superior quality PADI diver instruction and dive guides ensures that tropical dive holiday you dream of.

Buddha View Diving started in 1996 with a few sets of gear and tanks. The bungalows had been there for a few years already and had developed a reputation as a resort with great food and groovy music. Divers quickly found that they enjoyed the atmosphere of a resort and the dive business grew quickly. Resources and facilites continue to improve year after year. Today the diving facilities are some of the best in South East Asia. Buddha View Dive has also continued to grow as a member of PADIs International Resort Association. In 1997 Buddha View Diving became PADIs first Gold Palm IDC Resort in Thailand, recognizing Buddha View's excellent facilities and dive instructor courses conducted on the premises.

Over the years Buddha View has gained numerous awards and recognition for  diver training, dive instructor development and environmental awareness, but the business continues to grow and succeed because of the great word of mouth and memorable experiences of our divers.  Our customers return year after year and continue to bring friends and family because they have a great time on Koh Tao with the Buddha View experience.
